Hello,

Recently, I’ve been preparing a small object from the Cloud World.

Suitcases have appeared in my images for quite a long time now. Some carry clouds, some hold forests, and some seem to exist somewhere between imagination and memory. While working on new variations of these images, I began wondering what it might feel like if one of these small objects quietly arrived in the real world.

So over the past few weeks, parts of the Cloud World have slowly been turning into something physical.

Not all images become objects so naturally. But the suitcase images felt different to me — perhaps because they already carried the feeling of travel, movement, and holding small inner landscapes.

Here are a few notes from that process.

Rather than making something that felt like merchandise, I wanted it to feel closer to a small artifact — something quietly brought back from another place.
